Utah Summers

So Patrick and I both agree, Utah summers are THE BEST!!! We were so looking forward to spending two weeks there! Ever since the first Bear lake vacation with my family two years ago, we have been dreaming about going back! The months leading up to it e would turn to each other and say "I'm so excited for Bear Lake" or I can't wait for Bear Lake!"and I must say it did not disappoint!!

So we decided it would be more cost efficient to drive to Utah this time, and more convenient to have our own car there. it was a 26 hour drive, and went surprisingly well! (P.S. this is a pic of me and Maeve in New Mexico! It was the first time I had been back there since I was born!)

We stopped in Austin to meet up with the Hervey's who where there for a wedding! We ate some delicious BBQ and spent time with family and friends for the evening.

Maeve slept like 20 of the 26 hours! It was amazing! She did so well in the car and we were very grateful!

 The Cabin!!

 Bear Lake at last!!!

Our cabin was decorated in different ways by my mom everyday for the different theme days, the little kids loved it! and we did too!

It was an amazing family vacation and we cant wait to go back again!! We love you Bear Lake!

also it was so fun to take the scenic route home with Xan and Spencer! We stopped at some beautiful places!
